I have always love to read. Like the name of my blog “Readers are Leaders”. I believe in order to effectively lead with excellence you have to be an avid reader. My life has been transformed by a wide range of books. Growing up in one of the roughest cities in the USA, Newark NJ. I had to read myself out of poverty and pain. I am presently reading my way to success. Reading has opened my mind. and is helping me to transform my life.
